    The successful candidate will bring:
    * Montessori training and an understanding of the growing body of current educational research that validates and recommends Montessori principles and practices.
*Experience teaching and leading in similar Montessori educational environments and strong alignment with Ruffing’s history and culture.
*Effectiveness supporting and developing faculty, curriculum, and learning environments.
*Collaborative skills to work effectively with the full range of colleagues’ backgrounds, interests, and styles.
*Demonstrated success in assuming increased professional responsibility and motivation to continue to grow as an administrative leader.
