In its first year of publication, Klingbrief provided educators with a variety of resources directly applicable to independent school teaching and administration. Educational leadership is complex and demanding, driven at its core by the mandate to shape the next generation in the face of economic, social, and political challenges. School heads must balance roles as CEOs, moral guides, counselors, cheerleaders, and educational experts.
