Two-Summers Masters students Lynn Cornell, Regan Galvan and Meng Li Lusardi, along with instructor Mateo Cruz, are authors of the article "Voice Matters" published in the Fall 2017 Issue of Independent School Magazine.
"Voice Matters" presents results of their informative study on the importance of including faculty input in school-wide decisions. The study began as a research course project during the 2017 cohort of the Klingenstein Center Two-Summer Master's Program. The authors share the findings of surveys and focus groups held with faculty and administrators to explore "faculty voice," including how it may impact faculty job satisfaction. Along with their research findings, they provide practical advice for administrators.
